Danna was proactive with all communication ensuring I knew where to go, how to gain access and checked on me before arrival. Any questions were answered in less than 4 minutes. Very clean, no noise and easy to rest. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in the care of this gem. While I can only rate it 5 stars, I can tell you it was more like 6 stars (on a 5 star scale). I had a few last minute accommodations and Danna responded and found solutions! I had not a single concern about being here because it is in a well it area, ample parking and pleasant layout of the interior. Wifi worked flawlessly, every item from countertops, fridge, utensils and nightstands were very clean. Not “ok” - I mean they had everything including the fridge cleaned as if everything was new! It was so easy to keep clean because there was nothing that needed to be done except focus on relaxing. If you are considering this place, I HIGHLY recommend it. You won’t be sorry. I’d stay again!

We loved our stay at Cottage #3! The exterior looks updated and very nice. The interior was clean and amenities were as described. We absolutely loved the location— it’s across the street from a Dollar General, a 5-minute walk to the downtown area, and about 10 minutes to Branson Landing. Our hostess was very easy to communicate with and even left fresh cinnamon rolls and a restaurant gift card. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Branson.

We had a great stay! Danna was very responsive with clear instructions. The place was very clean, cozy, and walkable to the landing. And they left us some really yummy cinnamon rolls for breakfast! We would stay here again.
