good communication; quick response; close to public transport; modern apartment; amazing roof top terrace only minus point are the backside road access; due to close distances to metro stations junkies can be met there which appears scarier for wifes or children. hope the situation will change if fishtown becomes more and more popular

I really enjoyed this place. It was exactly what it said it would be. The location is perfect, the roof deck was stunning and the space was so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

The house is exactly as pictured and was very clean at check in. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was so big-each floor is almost its own living space. Host communication with William was great including a list of local recommendations -and he also sent a message see if we needed anything after checking in. Also a great bonus was an easy check out without too many ‘chores’ for the guest to worry about on their last day.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend while visiting Philly for Wrestlemania. The house is super clean and very well taken car of. We LOVED the rooftop deck, I have a son that is obsessed with trains and he could have stayed up there all day watching the trains go by. It's in walkable distance to everything you would need, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, highly recommend Hancock Park if you have kids! And a very short uber ride to the city. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is that the house is in an area that is building up. Lots of renovations and construction. It was fine on the weekends but during the week days starting early in the morning is very very loud construction sounds. Which is not the house or the hosts fault but, I'm a mom to three kids and was hoping to sleep in on my days off work lol. My family would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Philly.
