This property is very well maintained and offers great views of the Saint John River. Our cabin in particular, was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with cooking/eating equipment. Our only issue was that members of our family had all traveled far for a funeral and had rented 5 cabins in total on this property for approximately a week in order to spend time together. We were all told upon check-in that we were not allowed in each other's cabins or even on each other's outside porches. We could only gather in outside common areas which was disappointing. Finally, toward the end of our stays, the owners did communicate to one family member, that we could gather once in one of the cabins for a family dinner. While we did enjoy our stay on this pretty property and recommend for a single-family stay, if you are planning on renting multiple cabins, we suggest you get special visiting permission prior to booking.

Beautiful cottage, amazing views and a well maintained property. We had a great Canada Day weekend at the Eagle! Everything you would expect from a 5 star property. Brenda was also awesome to deal with. She responded immediately to any question we had. The property contains 8+ cottages which are well spaced apart and offer magnificent views from each. The pride of ownership is easily seen from the well maintained landscaping and thought to detail in and around each unit. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway to relax, take in the views, visit the beach/water activities or enjoy time with family around the hot tub or fire pit. We will book again.

Let me preface this by saying I have never written a review for AirBnB before. This was our fourth stay at Eagles Eye and we have never had any issues in the past. My parents have a place about 15 minutes away so we spend most of our days at their place/on their beach. The previous summers that we rented here, we always had people pop by for little visits. On this stay, my single girlfriend came over to say hello and for her two young kids to run around outside before a lengthy drive back to Nova Scotia. As soon as she drove on the property I received an email from Brenda telling us to tell our guest to leave “ASAP”. I was actually unaware of the no guest policy and was shocked that I wasn’t permitted to have a coffee at 3pm with a friend outside of the cottage. We certainly wouldn’t have rented a place with a no guest policy and won’t be renting here again given the rudeness we experienced from management.

I had a wonderful stay at Eagles Eye View Cottages. The cottage was decorated nicely and the holiday touches were appreciated. Each cottage is spaced such that there is sufficient privacy and noise was not an issue. The laundry facilities were close and well maintained. It was an added bonus to have the propane fireplace and hot tub. The hosts were friendly and went above and beyond. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.
