Kate非常的热情好客，我们晚上到的晚，给我们留着电灯，第二天早上赠送了非常美味的面包，还带我们参观牧场，体验喂养小动物，非常满意的一次住宿。

We had a wonderful stay at Kate & Nick's farm for our first trip as a family of 4 with a little one. A high-chair and travelcot were provided which made things very easy. The farm itself felt like a magical place with the autumn colours. Our daughter had a blast feeding and drawing the animals. It truly is a hidden gem, yet not too far from the cities around. Thank you again for the lovely bread and fresh eggs, it was a nice surprise as we woke up. We're looking forward to coming back around Spring time!

Such a peaceful rural stay! Comfortable beds and all the necessities in a compact space. We were just in the area to attend an event in Otaki (a very convenient drive from the farm) so didn’t have much chance to explore the property, but what we did manage to see was very nicely maintained. The offer of hot bread by Kate was a lovely extra touch.

We stayed at Kaitawa Farm for 4 nights during the Māoriland Film Festival. Relaxing, quiet and tranquil surroundings; LOVED the tame tīrairaka who hung around the lean to. Mick and Mary from next door were lovely too! Very tidy house, everything there for a chilled stay. Kate made stunning homemade bread, allowed us to help ourselves to fruit, and collected fresh eggs. Lots of animals but NOT noisy! Heaps of parking space (we had 2 vehicles). Beds were SO comfy; we slept in EVERY morning 😂🤣😅😂🤣😅

I had a fabulous stay at Kate's. Her property is in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and the cottage is adorable and very comfortable. It was fun to walk around the race and see the farm animals. What cuties! Kate brough me fresh warm bread and eggs in the morning at the time that worked well for me. She also offered some butter and milk to go with the goodies. The neighborhood and river gorge nearby are lush and truly beautiful. Thank you for the lovely stay, Kate and family. I hope to return this next summer.
