Mark and his team were wonderful to work with. Very responsive to any question we had. The house is beautiful and is always clean. Rosa was wonderful to have with us during the day. She kept the house clean and was available if anything was needed. A joy to have conversations with. Security was at our door every night but we never felt like we were unsafe. A luxury to have and very much appreciated. Make sure to not completely close the 3rd floor door when checking out the jacuzzi. The door will lock behind you and you will be in a predicament. It’s needed for security so it is understandable. Everything was wonderful and we would use Mark and his team again if ever given then opportunity. Thank you for all you do!!

Los días que estuvimos en el lugar de Mark en Cartagena la pasamos muy bien. La casa es bastante grande, super bien localizada muy cerca de todo (en especial, cerca del hotel Santa Clara donde teníamos una boda) y con todo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones. La casa tiene 4 cuartos entonces pudimos estar varias parejas al mismo tiempo y las arras comunes son suficientemente grandes para todos. El proceso de check-in fue un poco complicado pero al final todo funcionó muy bien.

Awesome house in a great location. The amenities were fun and we loved the stay. Mark and team were extremely responsive with communication from check-in to check-out and everything in between. 10/10. Highly recommend.
