Overall was a pleasant stay. I just wished we had a person there 24/7 especially by the door. We had locals aggressively knock on the door every 10 minutes soliciting, which annoyed us very much but unfortunately there was nothing they could do about it. I never had ThT issue before as I stay in the old time every year and we always had a person there to open the door in case anyone who wasn’t part of the group knocked on the door, also for safety reasons. I suggest that they get a person to guard the house during the day.

The villa location is great you can walk to old city and Getsemini from it. The staff Cenelis was wonderful she cooked breakfast, cleaned rooms and even did laundry. Richard the night security was so sweet he hung with the men in our group and even walked with them one night to make sure they were good. Effren the property manager helped with recommendations. The only two issues we had was the WiFi was lacking in the rear of the villa, none of the TV’s in the bedrooms were working and there were Roaches in the kitchen. So everything had to be washed in there before use. The villa is showing signs of wear and tear and some water damage. Would I use it again YES. Go to crepes and waffles and definitely la brioche. Enjoy Cartagena.

Davids house, location, and services are amazing ! The street the house is located on is one of the prettiest in Cartagena - it's often photographed as everyone walks by! It's in a very central location of the walled city, close to many famous hotels and restaurants. For a minimal fee including the food, Cenelis will shop & cook a huge breakfast & or lunch for you! She will spoil you during your entire stay! Richard stays all night and is a huge help as well, safety for when all the college kids rolled in! The rooms and beds are comfortable and every room has a bathroom. The pool is great&well maintained. We were 17 and fit easily. The dining/family area inside is air conditioned. That was a huge plus since we were there for a wedding and had to get hair and make up done. Lastly there was a city wide black out during our stay and his house has a GENERATOR!!! This property is a 5 ++++

The place and location was perfect. Cenelis and Richard were so helpful and attentive. It was a pleasure to use the property for our group of 18. The hot tub was not available but the pool is usually in the shade and was perfect for cooling off during the day when the heat was at its peak. When we asked Cenelis for breakfast it was delicious and abundantly fed us all. Richard was so kind and genuine with any help we needed and made us feel comfortable.
