We were 7 guys from April 25th-29th 2024, 6 were 1st timers to Columbia. From the moment I spoke with Jay I knew it was what I wanted. All rooms have full bathrooms with hot water and King and Queen Beds. TV's A/C works excellent! Wifi available! Privacy at its best! House sits right around the corner from Clock Tower, Clubs, Bars and Upscale Restaurants never need a taxi unless you leave Walled City and Jay can provide tranpo for that also. His Workers OMG! YAIR, JORGE & ISABEL over exceed their Jobs to provide top notch Service and Security. The house is surrounded with Mini Markets and a Full Grocery Store right around the Corner! We Cooked some nights, he has Cooking utensils there. We swam, shot pool and watch NBA playoffs in the living room. Excellent Host Jay pretty much said the house is yours! He checked on me everyday! House is excellent for big families and big groups. All of Cartagena is steps away! Hell Yes! I recommend him and I will work with him again! Thx Jay Tamika

If you are traveling to Colombia, Jay is the best option to host you at one of his properties in Medellin or Cartagena. He also mentioned that he has a mansion in Cali, Colombia. With Jay, not only do you get a great property, but you get an amazing concierge/friend at no additional cost. I stayed at his Mansion in Cartagena in the Walled City and the house was big and amazingly organized, and it was near everything. We really enjoyed our time at the Mansion. We booked an excursion with Jay. Also, we booked our transportation with him. Daily breakfasts were amazing. And Jay was on top of his game. He was always there no matter what time I messaged him. Jay had whatever information I needed and was ready to help me with anything. Next time I have plans for Colombia, I am going to stay at one of Jay’s properties and I recommend others to do the same.

We got in March 30 and stayed till 4-2. We were greeted by Yair, who was great. The place is enormous and has lots of great views from the rooftop. Its location is right in the heart of el centro which has lots and lots of things and places to do and see. All within walking distance of the home. King jay himself and his manager showed up personally to introduce themselves and let us know that if we needed anything just let them know. Overall we would definitely go back.

I have no complaints about my stay. My experience was perfect. Start to finish. Jay took care of everything. The service was incredible. I'm definitely booking again with Jay. I recommend everyone to book one of his properties!!

My 40th birthday was Epic thanks to Jay!!!! From the first time we spoke Jay was responsive and very helpful. Whatever you need just ask and Jay will provide. His staff was great as well!!!! The house manager Yair & tour guide Carlos very helpful during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure my friends & I had a great time. The house was is in prime location, 5 min walking distance to everything or 10 min Uber or taxi ride. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Jay!!!!
