We enjoyed our stay. It was within easy walking distance of the arch and conveniently located near a nice grocery store. The place had all of the essential cookware/dishes. A couple of things that would have made it a 5-star stay. The washer/dryer were not in service, which was not a huge deal. However, I only found out after inquiring about bringing detergent. The beds and couch were only moderately comfortable. Lastly, the listing needs to be updated to reflect current parking prices. It is $35 per day to park. All of the above are first-world problems and we enjoyed our time in St. Louis!

Beautiful, clean, modern and trendy unit that is in a great location downtown. Secure entrance and neighborhood felt safe for downtown! I have stayed here multiple times since it’s so perfect!

Overall this was a great place! Great location, convenient to walk to the convention center. Looked like the photos. A few cons were the washer/dryer combo doesn’t dry clothes at all (even after 5 hours of drying time) and the entire place could use a deep clean. It was clean on the surface but dusty on vents, pictures, faux greenery. We would stay there again, but hope the items above are addressed since this could definitely be a 5 star property with little extra effort.

The AirBNB was located within walking distance to the Enterprise Center which was why we booked this place. The layout of the condo was great and it looked similar to the pictures. Upon arrival, there was an alarm going off inside of the entrance way due to a smoke alarm being off in another condo. The owners replied that they knew about this and a technician was called, however, this was not fixed within our 3-day stay. For the price of the cleaning fee, we were very underwhelmed at the cleanliness of the condo. There was an old sausage patty under the couch, the floors couldn't be walked on bare foot because they were dirty, the towel bar in the master bathroom was hanging off the wall, when we spilled some water and wiped it up, the paper towel was nearly black. The dishwasher was left full as well. Overall, for the price and hefty cleaning fee, we did not enjoy the location or the cleanliness and would not book again. The host, however, was responsive and kind.
