This accommodation is in the top ten of those we have stayed in! Well done to Alison and Geof for their taste, their welcome, they were very attentive to our needs. Very well equipped. The accommodation is very well placed in the countryside but almost in town and very close to the camel trail on which we travelled by bike. We would have liked to stay longer... It will be a very good memory for us.

Warm welcome and happy to help with anything. Lovely view from the living areas in the accommodation. In a good location for visiting various places i.e. Lost Gardens of Heligan about 30 mins away. Wadebridge and Rock easy to reach. Local cinema visited and this was good reasonably priced.

Pandarosa Barn was an excellent venue for our walking holiday. Bodmin is in an ideal position for accessing the north and south coastal paths. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and well equipped for our stay. There was ample car parking on site. Our host Alison was very friendly, yet unobtrusive. She provided many welcome and unexpected treats, ranging from red wine to breakfast essentials. Towels were changed mid week. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would definitely look at staying here again if we were to return to the area. Sue and Alan

An excellent place to stay. A warm welcome from Alison & Geof, a very clean flat, light and airy, and quiet location on edge of Bodmin. The fridge was well stocked for breakfast. Overall great value for money.
