Shan’s place is special because of Shan. Coffee estate house with four nice and cozy rooms, a big living room, nice porch- it was more than enough for us a group of six including our driver. Shan was super helpful and friendly. He showed us the surrounding area ( water bodies , local temples) in his jeep. He had three wonderful dogs that never bark or scare the visitors. Shan and his wife cooked great food for us. Food was so delicious that we packed some on our way back ( Shan & wife are very generous). Shan suggested great places to buy wine & spice from. We’re glad that we took his advice. Overall a nice place and a great company. The only downer in our Coorg trip was the weather which was hotter than Bangalore!

Had a memorable stay at Shan's homestay. I must say he is a superhost who is extremely helpful and responsive. Loved the hospitality his family offered us. I would like to mention that anyone who is looking for an exclusive and peaceful experience must opt for his stay. Shan guided us to the nearby places and helped us experience them in a very unique way. The food was awesome and helped us experience Kodva cuisine. I would like to mention an incident where I lost my wallet while visiting to the village temple. Immediately Shan helped me locate it.

I can't describe in words how much I loved the place just because of Shaan and his family. They made us feel like we've come to our own relatives House, so hospitable, so damn nice! I would recommend having food at the stay itself rather than going to any restaurant! Carry Disposable utensils if possible to make it easy for them. Absolutely loved the stay here! 200% satisfaction.

Had an amazing stay. Shan is a wonderful person extremely proactive. Food was amazing. There was lot of variety in food. Staying here was totally worth it. Highly recommend. I will definitely visit this place again for a longer stay.

Shan and his family was warm and welcoming, they took us around the farm and introduced us to their way of life and their animals which they adore and know intimately. He not only entertained our ignorant questions about his culture and way of life but was wenthusiastic about the whole thing, never once making us feel awkward. They made great food for us always consulting beforehand to make sure we were okay with the food. He was also proactive in telling us about places to visit, shop and things to do. Their three lovely doggos are very friendly and got along very well with our dog, who got the much needed space and freedom to run around and have her fun. Even when our dog chased and somewhat roughened up their egg laying chicken, Shan and his family was quite courteous and understanding. Shan is a great host, always and only present magically right when needed.
