I highly recommend the place. I felt right at home. Eirene and Edgar are both a great host they attend to our needs. They are accommodating and considerate. I considered the place as one of the best place to stay in Legaspi City .

It has everything we need and spacious enough for our family. Easy to locate and near SM legazpi. However we were inconvenienced with the heater though it was replaced by the owner immediately. Still it took more than an hour to fix it so I wasn't able to rest immediately. It would have been great if they will take the time to check if everything is working properly in their place before the guests arrives. The place looks spotless as well but to my surprise there were cockroaches everyday so I always have insect bites upon waking up. Even managed to kill 3 of those in bedroom 1 and another 1 got away from the other bedroom. Hope they will disinfect the whole place moving forward and extend the check out time a bit so the guests can have enough time to pack & tidy up the place before leaving.
