It’s my first time to Legazpi so I made sure that my place is something that I will be able to enjoy after a tiring day of tours and errands. I am not fond of staying in a hotel room whenever I travel reason why I always look for a place that I can think of as my home and Rey’s place did not disappoint! Clean place, accessible, safe, complete with kitchenwares, bed smells good and wifi is fast. Rey is also accommodating and provided me recommendations of the places that I could visit and where I could purchase my pasalubong. Such a professional and nice host! Thanks you, Rey and Grey house! ❤️✨

Thank you for the stay. House was clean. Wi-Fi doesn’t really work upstairs but no biggie. Host very responsive and offered plenty of local recommendations. House was clean. Enjoyed 😁

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rey's Airbnb unit during my visit to Legazpi, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the cleanliness and the attention to detail. The unit was spotless. One of the highlights of my stay was how well-equipped the unit was. Rey has truly thought of everything you might need during your stay. From kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities, I didn't find myself lacking anything. It made my stay feel like a home away from home. Location-wise, Rey's Airbnb unit couldn't be more convenient. Situated near SM Legazpi and within a subdivision, it offered both accessibility and tranquility. I appreciated being able to easily access the mall for shopping or dining options while still enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. Another convenience factor was the nearby convenience store within the subdivision. It was incredibly handy for picking up last minute essentials.

Grey house had been and will always be a great deal, add to that it's really homey. Rey is very accommodating.

The house is so clean and the host cooled down the house just for me before arriving the place. The host is always fast to respond and willing to help me. I highly recommend this place!
