Pros- great location if you’re not wanting to be in heart of Yamba. Beautiful having water so close. Beds super comfy. Cons- both sliding doors require some oil as they are hard to open and are noisy. Shower door broken and doesn’t close properly. No locks on Toilet and bathroom doors. Can’t use garage. No replacement bags to use for any of the bins, which may explain why the red bin smelt so much once it had been emptied after we arrived. Bin full of maggots and I had to call real estate because the smell was so intense. Simple solution would be to provide bags for guests to use. 3 rolls of toilet paper provided for 5 people is not enough. Misleading email said that all you need to bring is beach towels but when there aren’t even any bin bags to use or not much toilet paper, it’s just one more thing you need to think of. Last thing you want to do is go out and buy these to then have to bring home. For the price per night these simple things are expected.

We had a lovely stay at Yamba. It was so picturesque, the river was full of animals-dolphins, turtles, fish, swans and stingrays. The beaches were beautiful. The house felt like you were staying at ‘grandmas’ house!!

We stayed here for a few days over Easter and really enjoyed our stay. Whilst the place is dated, it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay particularly in the kitchen. It was lovely to sit on the balcony or patio and enjoy the beautiful view and tranquility (it is a very quiet area) whilst watching the local pod of dolphins. We also brought our canoe which we could launch off the beach close by. It's very close to everything with the grocery store a couple minutes away, Yamba 5 minutes away and beaches and walks 10 minutes away (by car).
