Larisa’s place was the perfect space for our Port Stanley eclipse trip! It is mix of cottage, condo, and guest suite located on the first floor of the home. Highlights: very comfy bed, only steps away from the beach and less than a ten minute drive from town, a gas fireplace, a very well stocked kitchen, and a gracious, welcoming host who went above and beyond. Potential snags: the living room set up is divided between a super cute nautical themed seating area and a large sectional couch with neither option being particularly well positioned for tv watching - not a big deal but something to note if night time snuggles by the tv are a must. Additionally, the listing mentioned 2 queen beds, however there was only one, and the kitchen features a hot plate rather than a standard oven/stove. Also worth noting that the entrance is a sliding door which cannot be locked while out and about, though we felt very safe and comfortable. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Larisa’s place, the surroundings, her vibe…absolutely exceeded what I was hoping for. Rarely do I use the word perfect but the peace and serenity that was apparent in every aspect of the Rooster’s Nest, was nothing but perfect. Thank you Larisa.

Larisa was by far one of the best hosts I've had interactions with. She was very responsive and quick to make sure everything was running smoothly! Her place is located in a very private and quiet neighborhood which is very peaceful while falling asleep and waking up. The price was worth every penny plus more!
