Me and my friends loved the Airbnb, it was clean, spacious and beautiful. Looked just like the photos. We had a a great time in the hot tub and it was pretty close to the beach

They were only slow to respond before the trip, I’m an intense planner so I wanted to make sure everything went smooth, so a few times before the trip the host was rather slow to respond or didn’t at all, once I was there no problems at all

The location was OK it was 8 miles from downtown Port Aransas. It did not specify this before I paid for the rent. It was cute but it was dirty! The master bedroom had sand and trash on the floor, There was adog urine in the bedroom closet and the ironing board looked like it sat in the dust for years. The vacuum cleaner was full of dirt hair and dust. It was full. We tried to use it but it smelled too bad. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. Some new soft plush mattresses would’ve made our stay so much more comfortable and we would have slept better. I will say it was very quiet but there was a lake of water at the parking garage and we couldn’t get to the trash dumpster Unless we walked through a narrow patch of grass. It was raining and the water started coming up around our vehicle there were no drain systems. I paid $1600 for 3 nights and there wasn’t even one extra trash bag. The extra blankets were old and used looking. Bed coverings were clean. The return air vents were covered in dust dirt and dog hair. I want a refund so I hope I can get one. The air conditioning vent in the first bedroom had black mold growing all over the vents. I was concerned about our health. The condo needs some updating as far as furniture and mattresses. It was very upsetting to pay this kind of money and have to deal with the above. I won’t ever call Silver Sands again.

Great place. It’s cozy, clean and has everything you need. The easy access to the beach is perfect.

It was advertised as being just a short walk to the beach but it was over a quarter mile walk and there were multiple steps to get there making it very difficult to carry a canopy and wagon full of beach things down. Otherwise, the location was good, it was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay.
