Kim’s place is truly unique. The location is great, it’s walking distance to Magnolia and restaurants. Kim was a very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay, bed was comfortable, room was clean and the kitchen was stocked. It was nice to hangout and chat with Kim and other guest. We felt right at home. We already booked our room for future stays.

Kim’s place is cute and comfy for a short visit to Waco! Bed was nice and she is very hospitable. Easy access to all the Waco highlights. The description is accurate, but make sure you know this is a home, shared with a few other guests!!

Anyone who has a concern about sharing space at Kim’s, don’t! She has put together an amazing experience. She has created a virtual bed and breakfast situation without the cost. Best deal on the planet. My wife and I were there only a single night and we feel like we made a new friend in Kim.
