I had a great stay for my birthday trip. The space was super clean and neat. I loved that there was a smart TV and great wifi! The decor was such a cute added touch.

David was attentive to our needs and provided a very clean place for us to stay. The house is about 3-4 min drive to downtown Waco!

We enjoyed the proximity of this location to Baylor University, downtown Waco, and the Brazos River Park. The Airbnb was spacious enough for 6 people, even though it was just my husband and I. The neighborhood is small and seemed very safe. We felt comfortable during our stay.

As a family of four we found the house way too small. No dining area was a major issue and the sofa and chairs in living room were small and uncomfortable. No outside seating or anything. The area was not what i was expecting. We went for a walk down to a local bar on the first night and it felt like an unsafe area. Loud gangsta rap music blasting everywhere, sirens and lack of adequate street lighting left us all feeling on edge. We are from rural Ireland and found that this place was way out of our comfort zone.
