The property management team was excellent and provided quick service and assistance. They helped arrange a motorbike on arrival and quickly worked to solve any minor issues we had. We had a fantastic stay at Trixie House and would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a top notch villa in Rawai!
They're really good to help you organizing trips and renting motos and so on. The house is clean and the bedrooms are huge. However, the patio doors need a little repair. At the end of the trip, they will check for EVERYTHING to make sure that you did not break anything. It was a little insulting. For example, there were 2 hair dryers when we arrived. When there was the check-out check, the lady asked us where was the third dryer and did not seem to entirely believed us when we said that we never had a third one at the house.
