Laura's annexe is a wonderful place to stay. Spotlessly clean with so many beautiful details and extras. The garden is beautiful and everything inside and outside is clearly so well cared for. You honestly could not find a better place to stay in Leamington! Thank you so much x x x

Beautiful little gem of a home. Laura’s quirky home is full of interesting objects, art work, furnishing /soft furnishings and musical instruments and collections. Laura is a charming, kind, welcoming and helpful host, everything is beautifully clean. The bed was literally the most comfortable that I have ever slept in, with lovely pillows and linen. The only reason that I haven’t given it 5* for location is the proximity of the railway line, not immediately adjacent but a bit noisy, but the street itself is nice and quiet, with good secure parking. The garden is beautiful, an oasis of tranquility, with lovely herbaceous borders, interesting little ‘nooks and crannies’ with nice architectural features and lighting. Bistro tables and chairs provide the perfect location for a little relaxation. We felt completely at home and will stay again. Thank you Laura
