Alex's place is nice for a time in Ypsi. It was not very loud and was spacious and comfortable. The smoke detector in the bedroom went off (not for smoke, but for a low battery) on the second night we were there and woke everyone, including a toddler. The host was very communicative until I mentioned I was unhappy with that. Additionally, the porch table could be cleaned off, it's not really a place to spend time.

Enjoyed the stay. Very comfortable bedroom. Living room space large and comfortable. Bathroom very updated with good water pressure. Nice walkable neighborhood. Wonderful porch for sitting outside and enjoying the evenings. Kitchen was too small to cook a meal for any more than 2 people……but on the up side very close to Depot Town which has amazing restaurants!

Perfect location for what we needed. And my dog enjoyed our morning walks in the neighborhood. Will definitely reserve again on my next visit.

Alex’s place was nice and clean. It’s an old house, but thought was clearly put into having light and power sources where it’s needed, such as several usb outlets for charging by the beds, and lighting above the sink and stove. Communication was excellent. We were even allowed to check in an hour early, so we could make it to a concert on time. Had a great weekend.

Had a great stay in Ypsilanti. The hosts were exceptionally responsive to our questions and gave very clear and helpful instructions. Loved the character of the building and the high ceilings. I would be happy to come back again.
