Very spacious condo with amazing views. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was literally at your back door. Great deck furniture. The kitchen was great to cook in but could use some updating I.e. dishwasher was missing wheels on lower rack. Furniture was in great shape and decor was appealing. Plenty of bathrooms! Common areas were clean and well kept. Upon arrival there was no power in the master bathroom so I had to find the breaker. Several lamps in the bedrooms were missing bulbs at inoperative. One towel in master bathroom.
Loved Orange Beach and the condo was great.
It was a beautiful place with everything we needed. There was so much space and a beautiful view. We loved our time and felt at home!
This is a fantastic find and we really enjoyed our stay with a family of six adults and two children. The location really can’t be beat, and it was such a treat to have the indoor and outdoor pool amenities. There are some restaurants and shops and mini golf that are walkable, and it is VERY close to the state park and a short drive from almost anything else you need. The condo is very spacious and there is plenty of space at the dining room table for everyone to eat. There were a few games (chess, jigsaw puzzles, etc) that we used while we were there. We also cooked meals and the kitchen was decently stocked. The walls felt a little thin at times (we could hear toilets flushing in other units from the master bedroom) but it didn’t ruin our experience. The balcony is huge but unfortunately we didn’t get much use out of it because it was so windy while we were there. The listing does a pretty good job representing the space. FYI, the layout has all the bedrooms in a long line along a hallway with the living areas and kitchen at one end right by the balcony/beach. I would definitely consider coming back here!
Phoenix West 509 is great. We had a large group and never felt like we were in anyone's way. Everyone having their own bedroom and bath is fantastic, plus there's an additional half bath. The views were spectacular from the large deck area and the living areas. The staff at the complex was great. It was so nice to be able to park a few steps from the door. Being centrally located, it was easy to get to the places you wanted to get to and a nice 10 minute or ride to Gulf Shores. We all loved it here.
