Really liked the place, RV park was not busy, easy to get to. Place is nicely decorated, separate bathrooms is a plus. 30 min drive to Moab and parks.

Had a good time and we enjoyed the ranch house. Accurate per the listing, Arches is a 30 min drive and we were able to enjoy the park for couple of days. Host responded to our needs and also provided some local information to take kids. Only downside, no restaurants nearby, need to have in Moab or cook.

This was an inexpensive option to staying in Moab plus it had a fun cowboy vibe. It was clean and comfortable and even cuter than the pictures show. The layout was great for two couples with the bedrooms on either end of the house. Was nice to be away from the bustle of Moab. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I would absolutely recommend this ranch house, amazing stay. Everything is clean inside, the place is easy to find. We stay there before visiting arch national park. Only a 30 minutes drive to Arches and Canyonlands. The night gets pretty cold in winter, remember to turn on the heater
