We had a great time at Michael's place. He was very responsive and helpful. House looks like it needs a bit of TLC on the outside but the inside was perfect: cosy, well decorated, spotless and with enough room for everybody.

Michael’s place was quiet and private which was great for our group’s stay in Asheville. Michael was clear in his instructions and made it easy to check in and out. The only thing that didn’t go as well as it could have was that the hot tub was a little potent with chemical smell and we were not able to use it even after leaving the cover off for the first night there. Overall a great place for a small group!

This was perfect place for our weekend trip to Asheville. We were nervous at first pulling up because the outside of the house could use some TLC but once inside you are met with a very modern and updated look. The place is perfect distance (15-20 minutes max) from downtown Asheville, the Biltmore and local breweries. We had some issues with Wi-fi connectivity but our host was very responsive with troubleshooting the problem. Hot tub was a plus as well! Overall, it was a great home base to explore the city and surrounding areas.
