This place was nothing short of a dream. So very close to the park, very spacious, and on such a beautiful street. The most peaceful place I’ve stayed in NYC. The wifi was great and perfect for remote work. Easy walking distance to the subway. The hosts always responded quickly and were friendly! 10/10 recommend!

Perfect location at a quiet street close to the Central Park and metro. The area is lively and safe. We had a great time in New York.

The location is great, next to Strawberry field of central park and National History museum. We stayed there for a month in July. There are so many things to do within walking distance. We walked to watch Shakespeare show Hamlet at Central park, movie at Hudson River, West side comedy show on 76th st etc. Feel very safe to walk outside at night. At the same time, it’s very convenient to go other places by public transportation. Bus M7 is one block away to take you to lower Manhattan, subway A/B/C is about two blocks away. On Sundays, farmers market is right there on Columbus ave with fresh fruits produce etc. The place is convenient, quiet and friendly. Emma is a great host, very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Thanks Emma for a great stay. Served us very well for the 5 weeks! Apartment a great base for an extended stay — well equipped and very comfortable. Kitchen in particular. A great size for NYC, and very useful having washer/dryer in the apartment. It’s a really great location so close to the park and plenty of shops and restaurants, and good transit options nearby when you need to go further afield. Would definitely stay here again!

Emma has been a wonderful host through and through. From our very first communication- she has been responsive and flexible. The apartment is very well situated in the heart of the UWS, next to multiple transportation options. Central Park is at your doorstep as are many wonderful eateries, grocery stores, and museums. The weekly Sunday Grand Bazar which is a beautiful neighborhood gem hosting many arts, crafts and world cuisines right next door. The apartment had everything we needed and if anything was missing, Emma was very quick to address it. We stayed her during the peak of winter and heating was never a problem. The washer dryer is a huge plus especially when you’re here for an extended stay and have kids in tow . We were so comfortable that we ended up extending our stay. Thanks Emma and we will gladly stay here again!
