Mandy was a great host and the AirBnb worked well for our needs while in Cocoa Beach. It is quite small, but three of us still slept comfortably. Excellent location! We could walk to the beach access, and many shops, restaurants and sights very close.

The Flamingo Apartment is nicely located 2 min walk from the beach in a lovely neighborhood (perfect for a beach day or to watch a launch). The apartment has security cameras so we felt very safe. The apartment is equipped with everything and beyond for a perfect beach day and also the kitchen has everything needed available. It is reasonable clean. The air condition is not fully steerable from the apartment and so it can get quite cold in the bed room and bath room- make sure to bring your pajamas. The communication with Lisa and Mandy was very helpful and fast. It was a very nice stay in cocoa beach and we can recommend the apartment.

This place was a great find! We felt very at home here. The outdoor space was very private and fenced in. We loved the shed that was full of outdoor kids toys, a stroller, beach gear, and wagons. The kitchen had everything we needed. Also a perfect location if your looking to enjoy all the things that Cocoa Beach has to offer. Would love to revisit! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This was a great stay! We did tons while we were there and had a great cooking space and comfy bed to sleep in. Everything was as described and we had great quiet neighbors while we stayed. You can’t control the temperature so we ended up closing the vents a good majority just because we got a bit chilly. Great space for a couple though!
