Great location. Next to the beach and quiet. Great view from balcony which is one of the reasons I picked this home. Condo is very spacious and bright. Host is very responsive. Covered parking space is a great plus for Florida. Hoping to stay again.

This was a really nice place to stay. Beautiful ocean views, nice pool. Very clean and we had everything we needed. My only issue was picking up the key. It’s at an entirely different location. 5miles away in downtown cocoa beach. I had trouble finding the lock box located on the outside of the building behind a restaurant. We had traveled all day and we were super tired. It added an additional 40 minutes time before we arrived to our destination. Other than that everything was great.

WHAT A VIEW. I didn't want to leave the balcony it was so peaceful and relaxing. Spacious, tasteful decor and very, very clean. Everything you need packed into a great location. Tons of great restaurants and things to do. Thank you Daniel for sharing your place with us.

This place was amazing, great access to the pool and beach!! The condo was clean and other guest were very friendly. I was not comfortable getting the key 4 blocks away from the condo on a side street late at night. I would have liked clear instructions on access to the elevator. You have to use your key that you got from the lockbox to access the elevator.
