The place is very clean and spacious. Safe neighborhood and close by to the airport. A bit further from downtown but just rent a car since there is parking at the place. Air conditioning is great too for the heat in Houston. Sergio is very friendly.

Sergio and his fiance are great hosts! Sergio is friendly, responsive and very accommodating. he was flexible with our check in and check out time. Fast internet for when I needed to work from the abnb. Great hosts, great prices and a homey feel. We will stay with them again.

Beautiful room and very clean, the bed is so comfy that makes you wanna stay sleeping all day!!! Excellent host very responsive and friendly.
