Hi! We are Tim and Katie and we are the Local Rental Team at West USA Realty, Flagstaff. We manage an awesome portfolio of furnished housing in the Flagstaff area of Northern Arizona! We are proud to offer a large selection of vacation rentals on Airbnb as well as numerous furnished monthly rentals. We are dedicated to exceeding our guests expectations! We work hard to provide the best selection of vacation rentals in the area. A vacation rental is more than a place to stay. It's an introduction into the lifestyle and the vibe of a place. Tim has lived in this wonderful mountain town for over 30 years. Katie came to the Southwest in 2012 and has been adventuring around Northern Arizona and Southern Utah ever since. Every day we are both excited to share our area and lifestyle with our guests! Each home we manage is professionally and meticulously cleaned before your stay. Our team is available before and during your stay to make sure that your visit is flawless and worry free. Tim is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona.
