We had a great stay here. Location and value were awesome. Everything was working great, the only issue was the twin beds are very squeaky, therefore it was very hard to get a good sleep. Perhaps little kids wouldn’t notice that. Host responded within a reasonable time. Thanks again Tim and Katie!

We had a great time. The house is in a safe, quiet and easy to get area. It is perfect for families visiting Grand Canyon NP. Our host was responsive and very helpful. 100% recommended.
