This neighborhood is steeped with history and interesting characters. It is also very beautiful and the home is perfect for those who want to spend some time away from it all (or not there is wireless internet!)
The space is also perfect for someone who wants time to think, write a dissertation or escape the pace of modern life for a while. I find minimalistic decoration is the best backdrop to focus on whatever is important at the moment. Have coffee or do yoga in the living room at sunrise or watch the sunset from the back porch with a glass of wine. All modern conveniences in a very historic area - warm and cozy in the winter, breezy and cool in the summer.

There are many ways to get around - walking is the best, there is a shuttle to the Ski Area that picks up at the park and the RTD Blue Bus But due to changing restrictions from Covid please double check their website for availability and current information about public transportation.
Not too many Taxi Cabs though. But there are a few Uber drivers now too. With some planning you could leave the car and get anywhere during hours of operation for busses and shuttles.
