This 120 year old Irish Farmhouse has a style of its own which exudes a "home from home" feeling. Ideal location to visit all East Cork attractions and activities. 2 min drive to Garryvoe, 5 min Castlemartyr or Ballymaloe, 10min Ballycotton, 15 min Midleton or Youghal, 20 min Cobh, 35 min Cork. it boasts incredible views of Ballycotton Island, the surrounding bay and the beautiful Irish countryside. Entire house is yours to enjoy! There are 4 bedrooms upstairs: 1 double, 2 small doubles and 1 single bed. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs 1 electric shower in en suite and 1 power shower in main bathroom. There is a toilet downstairs. There is a farmhouse style utility and kitchen with a view you might just like - a picture paints a thousand words! The kitchen is well equipped, providing the perfect place to cook and savor delicious local foods. The sitting room is an ideal place to relax after a day in the outdoors, with an electric stove and central heating, providing a warm and homely retreat.

Great cosy cottage, everything you need, plenty of space both inside and outside.
From the moment we booked we knew we were in good hands, Pauline was very friendly and helpful with any requests we had. Her home was spotless and as described, even when there was an unfortunate unforeseen situation Pauline was quick to rectify it. Her husband Dan was a lovely chap and I would definitely stay again with my family as my daughter loved sitting in the window seat looking at the beautiful views. Thanks again Pauline & Dan

The local area provides a great surrounding location, and Baytree Farmhouse provided a great place to stay. Excellent standards and amenities, with friendly and hospitable hosts.
