Dianne ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Wir haben die Woche in der Lodge sehr genossen. In der Lodge ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, das Bett ist sehr bequem. Von der Terrasse konnten wir die Kolibri beobachten, die Natur um die Lodge herum ist wundervoll. Dianne hat uns Unterstützt bei allen Fragen und uns Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Wir sind als Fremde gekommen und gehen als Freunde. Die zwei Hunde von Dianne sind zauberhaft, die kleine Poui war sehr süß und verspielt. Dianne hat uns auch am Abend einen Rumpunsch serviert, der sehr lecker war. Vielen Dank Dianne für die wundervolle Zeit 🫶. Wir hätten dir gern mehr als 5 ⭐️ gegeben.

A lovely place, spotlessly clean, very modern, with a warm and welcoming host. The big drawback for us was that essentially no supplies, even really basic ones, were provided — no salt and pepper, no paper goods (except toilet tissue), not even potable water (Dianne told us to boil the water). Might work for someone who comes with a car (we were traveling by taxi and with guides) and has time and inclination to fully stock up before arrival. Be sure to come with absolutely everything you’ll need because it is quite far from any kind of market, restaurant or services. It’s really not a place for tourists who need a little support (for example, she could not help us arrange a taxi from the ferry). It’s certainly quiet and safe, though, with a comfortable terrace for hanging out. Wasn’t quite right for us so just be sure to ask questions about what’s available.

Clean and modern surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing, great for unwinding. Dianne was a great host.
