It was an affordable place to stay when you’re trying to save some money. It provides everything you need like a bathroom, bed, and washer and dryer. I recommend staying here if your trying to save some money but there are some pretty big brown spiders, I had to kill 3 and one of them crawled on my chest while I was going to bed so that’s the only thing that I was let down on.

Terrible housekeeping. By the look of the dust, dirty bathroom floors and stains in the bathtub (ick!) this place has not had a good cleaning in some time. it was difficult to get in the house because of all the shoes in the narrow entryway. I nearly fell down the stairs. This room was inexpensive, but even a bargain should be clean. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

Great room at a great price. Host was very helpful and it was super easy to check in. if ever in Utah again, I'll definitely look for this place again.

Kahn's place is great for the traveler who likes privacy. I had a bedroom downstairs and felt like I was alone most the time. For those who enjoy an occasional "hello", there were a few other guests as well. The price was great for the amenities provided and the convenience of being close to highways and downtown.
