Comfortable twin-sized bed high-speed internet. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to major highways, making it convenient to reach any desired destination. Requiring a supportive and accepting environment, guests must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Common areas such as the kitchen, TV rooms, etc. are shared among roommates, including myself and my brother who assists when needed, and two additional rooms occupied by traveling professionals. With a 30-day minimum stay, you will have stable and familiar roommates. Each bedroom is private with its own unique key, ensuring that your personal space remains secure.

Anthony is a superb host. I would recommend his place to anyone looking for a long-term stay in Salt Lake. I will miss him.

Anthony was very nice/friendly and a great host. The house was pretty much always quiet. Street parking was good and had shade. The place was very close to a supermarket and the highway. In the Summer, the A/C was always on, the temp was never uncomfortable. All around, it was a great stay.
