We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. The house is as nice as it appears in the listing and the beach is even better. The beach is very clean and sandy (groomed and raked every morning). We enjoyed the use of the kayaks that were there. The large deck, table and deck chairs, and shade umbrella provided a great space for enjoying the lake and watching sunsets and sunrises. The close proximity to the amusement park was a big hit with our grand daughter. She is already asking us when we can go back. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The house was well stocked with the things you hope will be available like extra towels or spices. There was perfect WIFI reception and plenty of televisions in the rooms. We had a wonderful time and this was a fantastic getaway for our family. Thank you Carl.

We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and the kids loved playing on the beach. It was the perfect house for our family trip. Carl is very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay and Carl was a gracious and very responsive host. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and Carl went out of his way to quickly provided us access late in the evening. We loved the house and the location on the water, and plan to return in the future!

Carl owns a beautiful home! The house is spacious and clean with tons of natural light. The back deck is a perfect place to relax with friends or family while enjoying the summer sunshine and breeze off the lake. The bedrooms are large and had plenty of extra linens/blankets. This house is just a short walk away from the restaurants and bars in town. Carl responded quickly to any questions we had about our stay and was more than accommodating! Thank you!

Carl’s spot was perfect for our trip. Can’t beat the location and the house was better than hoped for. Carl was very communicative and flexible with our requests. Highly recommend his spot!
