The place needs some maintenance and a different cleaning service, but otherwise is what you’d expect for the price. Host is responsive and friendly.

I ended up not staying at Mark's place. The cleaners he hired (and likely fired) did not do their job after the last guest that stayed there, so the place was very unclean. I communicated the conditions I found when I checked in to Mark and he apologized and offered a refund. He was also very responsive late at night when I checked in. The place is perfect for quick access to the airport or for people in town on business. The place isn't super flashy but not trashy. A good value for the price.

The pavers on the parking pad are sinking. When we arrived it was really dark in your driveway, and when Mom got out of the car she twisted her ankle and fell hard. Not a very good start to our stay. Then when we got to our room it was freezing. Plugged in space heaters and it read 54° degrees. Not exactly a warm welcome when your host lives right upstairs and could easily have warmed it up for their guests. It took a LONG time to heat up a room that size so we wore our coats for two hours. Then when I tried to watch my favorite Youtube shows I was subjected to some ridiculous parental controls. So all we could watch was clean no swearing content which is ridiculous On top of it we could see visible signs of a prior flooding that happened which the owner solved by DRILLING HOLES into the floor, which can allow spiders to climb up and into the room. Thats why theres spider spray in the room Theres more I can say but not enough room to type it all out. Proceed with caution
