This place was great for my family and I (definitely is enough for 10 people). We really enjoyed our stay, Boris was definitely responsive when it came to communication. When we needed anything, she was very quick with the responses!

Definitely looks like the photo on the site. Boris was super easy to get ahold. Overall a beautiful and clean house.

Our stay at Boris’ house was a very mixed bag. I’ll start with the positives: The dishes in the cabinets were clean and there were plenty of them. There were plenty of extra towels. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping. The downstairs living area was nice and updated. Unfortunately, there were several things with which we were pretty disappointed and that we felt were not well-advertised in the listing. This is definitely an older home with an older home smell. I realize this is not something the owner can do a ton about in its current state, but something to be aware of. The carpeting on the stairs looks original. Our son cut his heel on them twice during our stay. We were disappointed to see that other reviews had mentioned this issue and that it had not been resolved as a safety concern. The bedding is very cheap and stained in places. Hair and dirt found. The couches had crumbs on them and were stained in places. We did not really feel comfortable cooking and eating at the house.

Was pretty bummed about the first place having the gas leak. Thankfully, we only had 10 people had we had more we would’ve been in trouble, and he did accommodate us with another place. I think it should’ve been a little bit less than it was.
