We had a wonderful stay. Bryan and Joan’s place has beautiful views and easy access to the beach down below. Elevators can take a little bit, but it’s on the 15th floor so that’s expected. Bryan and Joan were wonderful hosts and worked with us in a time of need and were very understanding and accommodating. The beach was not too crowded at all and had jet ski etc rentals right out front. The pool’s were being worked on , so they were closed and had quite a bit of noise the last couple of days we were there but Bryan and Joan kindly lent us their wrist bands for another resorts pool that I heard was very nice although we didn’t get to check it out due to the weather being a bit chilly. Pier Park during the day and night had a lot of traffic to get to from their place so took around 25 min to get there instead of the normal 6-10 min but it was spring break. I would recommend if looking for a quieter end of PCB :)

We had a great time here! The views are ridiculous up and down the beach. Great location and easy to walk to places to shop and eat. Highly recommend staying here!

My family had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful along with the amazing view! The only problem was the pool was closed. Bryan and Joan let me know up front and offered their family passess to another location for our kids to swim!! 🩷. We would love to stay again.

My family and I enjoyed this airbnb it has a beautiful ocean view. Super easy to get to the beach. Bryan and Joan gave great instructions and even added some fun things to do

Bryan & Joan's place in Panama City Beach is truly amazing! We were a family of four, with two young children, as well as two grandparents. The condo is exactly as pictured and feels very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The entire place was extremely clean. There were lots of towels, bedding and many beach towels provided. You will have everything you need for an enjoyable and memorable vacation- although, you will need to bring your own spices/plastic wrap (everyday items), which was no issue at all. Bryan & Joan provided a lot of great recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to see and do in PCB. The view is sensational from the large balcony. The beach is outstanding. We did not have any issues waiting for the elevator. We would highly recommend Bryan & Joan's place to anyone !!!! You will not be disappointed. Thank you very much and we hope to come back again!
