Edgewater Beach Resort is a full-service resort in Panama City Beach. This is a great place to enjoy the perfect vacation. Jeff was a great host and the property was fantastic. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and had All the amenities that you would wish in a rental!
We had a great stay. Jeff was super helpful from beginning to end. He made sure to give clear directions on everything we needed to do, let us check in early, gave great restaurant recommendations. The unit is beautiful and looks just like photos. The morning and evening view of the beach from the porch is spectacular. Walking distance to the beach, great pools, nice ambiance on the patio around the pools. Plenty of things to do in walking distance and by short drives. Beds were super comfortable, and place was very clean. This was just my husband and me on this trip, but we would definitely stay here with our children as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great stay on the beach!
Beautiful views and beautiful rooms! Very spacious with all the amenities needed for the beach. Very clean and well taken care of. Communication with Jeff was great! Any questions I had, he responded in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay again in the future!!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Perfect condo and Edgewater was very secure and had amazing on site places to eat and get drinks! Jeff was helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect from start to finish! We will be coming back in the future!

Off the Resort, Panama City Beach is a traveller's dream with so many activities and amazing restaurants, you'll be planning your return before you even leave. Check out Pier Park--a unique open-air shopping and dining complex with Margaritaville, a huge Sky-Wheel and many more restaurants and shops. Shell Island and St Andrews State Park are some of the most picturesque beaches and calm waters you'll find in the US. Spend a day at the Park or rent a pontoon to see both from the water. Boating and dolphin tours are abundant--be sure to check out the Sea Screamer. And there are a multitude of putt-putt and go-kart locations as well as attractions like Gulf World, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks.
You will be provided a parking pass(es) for your stay. This is located in a gated community with security gate.
We also offer a digital welcome book that will walk you through everything you need to know about the condo and things to do in the area. We will provide this once final payment is made.
