Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, der Vermieter ist super nett. Bei einer kleinen Unstimmigkeit wurde kurz gesprochen und alles war geklärt. Es ist wirklich so wie es beschrieben ist. Der Vermieter wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück aber lässt einem seine Privatsphäre. Wird etwas benötigt kann man bei ihm vorbei gehen oder ihm kurz bei Whats-App schreiben und man bekommt sofort eine Antwort. Auch bei der Freizeitgestaltung in jeglicher Art hilft er aus. Wir waren mit 17 Leuten und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

This villa is perfect for large groups. It has many clean rooms, kitchens, bathrooms… The host is very friendly and helpful. The swimmingpool and the garden are also very clean and are almost the whole day in the sun. The poolparty has a large table, kitchen, bathroom and grill which makes it perfect to spend your evening in. The villa is just a little walk from the old town of Zadar. We had a amazing stay and would like to go back again!

We were a group of 19 and I just can say that the house was very lovely. The photos on airbnb are nothing in comparison with the real villa. We loved the house and the host was very friendly and supported us where he could. The atmosphere was nice and every room was clean and beautiful. We are so thankful that we found a villa like this.
