We spent two days in the apartment and are extremely pleased with our experience. We found the place super clean and tidy. The flat is wide and allowed all the six of us to comfortably sleep and also eat all together. Furthermore the house is objectively very beautiful! We suggest organizing a barbecue in the balcony, for us it was the best experience in the vacation!

Our stay in Ivans apartment was great! The communication was super easy and everyone we had contact with was very nice and supportive! The apartment was just perfect! It had everything we needed. From the huge balcony we had a great view to the sea. But what made our stay so positive was just how helpful, friendly and hospitable they were! I cannot say it enough! Thank you so much for your help!

We were welcomed with a bowl of home grown figs . The house is clean and tidy, the kitchen is stocked with basics and the bedrooms are a nice size. We spent our evenings on their balcony watching the Zadar sunset while eating dinner. We woke up to the church bells nearby, every morning and enjoyed the area around the house. Ivan and the lady who lives below respond quickly to all queries

They were really nice, and everything was super clean. The overall experience was excellent! The only suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a second air conditioner in one of the bedrooms. However, this is a minor issue, and everything else was truly good.

A very clean and nice apartment that has everything you need. The terrace is very big and the view is beautiful. Ivan was easy to communicate with and the family was nice and friendly. I can really recommend this apartment.
