Very private place, lots of outdoor space for kids to run around, you can hear the waves from the sea from the house, so peaceful. The turning in to the property is a bit sharp, but a 3 point turn does the trick. Overall, had a fantastic stay

This is our second stay at Barley break. We loved being right next to the beach. We also liked the quiet location of the property. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Had a fantastic stay at Barley Break. Myself and my partner came for a long weekend away for my birthday as well as a nice getaway for our 2 dogs. The garden space is a perfect size, secure, and we were lucky the sun beamed down on us all weekend. Modern home which was extremely well equipped. The beach behind us was beautiful, quiet and very clean. Ideal for the dogs to run around on. Loads of little villages, towns and beaches to visit which we did quite a lot of, as well as hiring a boat on the Norfolk Broads. Loved it so much, we even stayed an extra night. Will definitely be back! Thank you Christine!

Honestly one of the best places we have stayed! Christine has made sure that every aspect of a home from home has been covered!!! The kitchen is well equipped, everything you could need. The living area is spacious and comfy. We always bring our thick throw for the dog to sit on the sofa, however, even throws are provided had you forgot! The bed was very comfy, as was the bedding. Nice powerful shower with really fluffy towels! Hoover, dustpan, broom & mop provided so you can keep the place! Love it! Would highly recommend to anyone with their dog as the beach is just behind you! Thanks for the brilliant stay. George & Craig
