My Partner and I had booked this rental for our 4 year anniversary - we must have been in luck as it was on offer for half price. There are a lot of rules listed, however these are just standard practice. Check-in was simple and the location was easy to find. Our first Impression of the property was that it was very spacious, well furnished and uncluttered. Despite there just being the two of us, all 5 bedrooms were made which was generous. We slept in the master bedroom which included a bath and his-and-hers showers. The super king bed featured the softest linen - truly a wonderful sleep. The property is located in a quaint location with 2 pubs/canoe hire within walking distant; we visited cross keys which had good food and were friendly. The closest shop is 4.5miles away so you would need transport. I would recommend this place if you're looking to unwind... Spent each night gazing at the night sky- we both saw a shooting star!

Very enjoyable stay in a great property. Spacious with everything you need. Fantastic open plan kitchen, dining area and, lounge with the most enormous kitchen island. Host incredibly responsive when we had questions. Would recommend the local pub in the village for a nice meal with really friendly and welcoming staff. Thankyou.

Our stay was to have a family get-together to celebrate Ann's retirement and her birthday. With 6 adults and 4 young children ranging from 2yrs - 6yrs, this lovely barn conversion was ideal with its lovely 5 bedrooms and spacious open plan living. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable with 4 bedrooms having hotel style and quality bathrooms. The main bedroom had a lovely large bath and a double walk-in shower with mira top of the range shower functionality. The open plan kitchen with its double range cooker was very well equipped with every sort of kitchen implement supplied. We ate 'in' every day and even had a full Sunday roast. The kitchen coped admirably cooking for 10 hungry people. The kids enjoyed playing with the pool table, football in the garden and hours in the hot tub. We had a lovely day sailing on the Broads in a 'day boat' and a great visit to Sea Palling beach. I would highly recommend the Barn to any family group as we had a great time.

We stayed at Tin Lodge as a group of 12 (6 adults, 2 teenagers, 3 young children and a baby). Property was great for what we needed and is a really social space for large groups. Plenty of room for everyone and we didn't feel cramped together at all. Everything was very clean, more than enough towels provided, including ones for the Hot Tub. Nice extra touches such as washing up liquid, washing detergent and dishwasher tablets. Great hosts - quick to respond to any queries and clear instructions given prior to check in. Travel cot and highchair provided as requested. Tin Lodge was VERY warm, despite it not being particularly warm outside (stayed beginning of April). There are thermostats in each room but despite turning them all off, the barn stayed really warm which would be great for the winter but I would imagine uncomfortable in hotter moths possibly. 2 of the rooms don't have windows (just patio doors) so it was difficult to cool the rooms down overnight! Would still recommend!
