First issue - there should be a roll of toilet paper on the toilet paper holder in each bathroom There should have been a roll of paper towels on the paper towel holder in the kitchen Second Issue - The beds need to be made - this issue is a big deal - when I arrived, the last thing I wanted to do is make beds for an hour or more - this needs to be clear on the house description

If you are going through Air BnB, be aware that you may have more charges added after you pay your first fee. You can decline to pay the fee, but you will not be permitted to enter the property. Also, if you decide to cancel, you may only get 25% back or less. This is what I experienced. So I was forced to pay the fee. The rental, overall was clean with exception to the awful smelling pillows in the master bedroom. The view was poor, but the location was great. The employees of Seaside Vacations were calm and cooperative, and made themselves available. I don't think I will use Air BNB again, but I will go directly to Seaside Vacations in the future to see what properties they have available.

I stayed here for 4 days with my friends and two kids. The place is lovely and super clean. It's actually better than the pictures. Elaine is fast at responding to messages (never had to wait more than 20 mins). We didn't request the linen service so we brought our own bed sheets, pillow cases and bath towels. One paper towel, two toilet paper and mini size dish soap was provided so we drove to Walmart (15 mins drive) to buy shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, napkins so make sure you bring these items if you're staying for 2+ days. It was very humid the day we arrived and the 4th floor AC was not working. Elaine had someone come out to take a look the next morning. The place is only two blocks away from the beach and boardwalk (5 min walk) and within 10-15 mins to all the best restaurants in OC.
