The perfect retreat at the end of each day of the Kentucky 3 Day Event. Having coffee and drinks on the porch was the perfect way to behind and finish the day. The history and decor reminiscent of the era was spot on!

Mt. Lebanon was the perfect place for our Women's Retreat! Beautiful farm, peaceful, relaxing and welcoming! We loved looking through the notebooks and reading about the history of Mt. Lebanon . As soon as you walk through the door, you feel at home. We enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking coffee, talking and laughing. The sunsets were spectacular! We had all we needed and more! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We will be returning!

I can’t say enough! As an active Historic Preservationist I found Mt Lebanon’s time honored restoration to be Perfect. Gorgeous antiques! Yet all the modern conveniences were handy. We walked the fields and could walk back in time!! Spectacular sunsets, even a gentle train rolling by in the night. Such a great location (! ) Bourbon Trail, art tour, horse farm tours, and Keeneland! Fabulous restaurants. Frank and Dino’s in Lexington for a fabulous dinner. Best chicken wings I have EVER had at Trackside at the Depot in Paris. Great shopping. Came home to a great fireplace and Bourbon! What else is there? Absolute Heaven! Anne Marie set the stage perfectly and supplied ALL my requests. Thank you so much for sharing your country gentleman’s paradise. We especially loved looking through all the documented family history and photographs. Well done!

Ann Marie, we really enjoyed staying at your family’s beautiful home. I really can’t imagine a more pleasant and peaceful place to be. The spacious porch was a lovely place to sit- we enjoyed this even when we were bundled up against the chill. Our group has stayed at several historical houses through the years, each of them special, but our group agreed that we have never been in one that was more spotlessly clean (not easy to manage with big old houses) and more generously and usefully provisioned. Everything we could want and might have forgotten to bring seemed to be present- plenty of towels, Soaps and other bath 🛀 things. All agreed that the kitchen had everything we needed (and such pretty flatware).

We booked this thinking it was just a farmhouse that fit our needs for the long weekend of our daughter's wedding. It turned out to be far more than we expected. This estate was amazing. We didn't expect this to have so much history. the bathrooms and kitchen were very nice and modern. If you like history you must visit this place. the hosts were wonderful as well
