My Wife and I stayed in Beech Ark for a weekend with our dog Molly and we couldn’t recommend it more! The site is peaceful with a view of a field where we can watch the sunset, our own private cabin bathroom which was spotless, with a great shower which had amazing pressure. When we arrived at our ark it was really homely and easy to navigate with clear instructions on where to locate our firewood and how to use the facilities. There was also a guide on where to shop locally for farm produce and suggestions on local activities. The site itself is perfectly situated; being a short 10 minute drive to swanage beach, a 10 minute drive to Corfe Castle and a 25 minute drive to Lulworth Cove and DurdleDoor. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is new or unfamiliar to the area as everywhere is easy to get to! We will definitely be staying here again in the future

What a great place. We stayed in the 'Beech' hut over two nights. The hut itself is very compact with everything in one room but if glamping or similar is your thing you will be right at home. The allocated toilet/shower room is approx. 10m away in a separate hut with your own key and was immaculate. A powerful torch is provided for trips to the loo in the dark. Only minor comment is it would be good to have a bedside table and USB sockets on both sides of bed.

The Lifton Ark is truly a beautiful place located close to Swanage and Studland. It is in a peaceful countryside surrounded by nature. In the mornings you can hear birds outside of the hut. We chose Beech hut and it was perfect! Allocated parking lot, very comfortable bed, kitchen appliances that are enough to cook food, well equipped clean bathroom, hot water with good pressure. It is also nice that it is pet friendly. We had our dog with us who absolutely loved it and felt very comfortable at the place. The hosts are amazingly friendly and helpful. The place is well looked after and definitely worth its price! Thank you much! We will be back!

Beautiful retreat. The relax we needed in such a peaceful location. Nathan was incredibly friendly and it was a great place to for our puppies first holiday!

Excellent directions from the host which made the hut easy to find. Place was clean and had a selection of tea, coffee and milk ready for us when we arrived. The toilet/ shower facilities were clean and not far away from the hut. Wonderfully peaceful and cosy overnight, the only slight downside was the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
