Beautiful home, great kitchen huge bathroom, everything we needed and wanted!! Only negative point: one of the bed had an issue with the frame, hopefully this will get replaced. Also jacuzzi is pretty loud so you should turn it off at night :)

Great location at the north end of Sea Ranch, only a few minutes drive to groceries and a few restaurants in Gualala. Be sure to check hours/days of the restaurants when trip planning, many aren't open more than a few days a week. The lot is adjacent to the golf course, but is separated by trees and a grassy hill. It was still quite private. House was amazing. Modern design, new appliances, extremely clean, everything listed was functional. The hot tub and fireplaces were perfect for getting cozy after a long breezy day on the nearby bluffs and beaches. Kitchen was well equipped in terms of tools, and a nice coffee making setup, but be warned the fridge is completely cleaned out so you need to bring your own condiments.

2nd stay for us and just loved every minute, again. They updated the master bath since our last visit and it’s wonderful. So appreciated cabinet full of spices needed for all the cooking so convenient. Perfect getaway for 4 adults and our 2 children.

Gorgeous views! Also the house was very clean, modern, and a perfect size for a family of 4. There were many beach options near by. Hot tub was a bonus! Loved our stay in Gualala! We’ll be back for sure. 👍
