This place is awesome! So close to everything downtown and the neighborhood was very nice. The house was clean and pristine and had so many amenities and the backyard was fantastic! Overall a great stay, we will be coming back!

Wonderfully appointed place with thoughtful amenities. Gina is clearly considerate of the weary traveler and has taken extra measures to make sure guests have a stay that feels like home as much as possible. The kitchen is large and accommodating, with everything you might need to cook yourself if that's your preference. The bathroom has plenty of towels including wash towels, makeup towels, bath mats, with spares. She also has left extra toiletries and sundries in case you forgot them such as toothpaste, mouthwash, floss, etc. The home includes backyard games, a bicycle, and can accommodate children and pets alike. What's more, Gina only really asks the guest to load the dishwasher and take out food trash before leaving - curbing an epidemic of places that have you perform a lot of the cleaning for them, while still charging a cleaning fee. Much appreciated - would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay for our family! Location was great and accommodation was better than expected. We would stay here again when visiting Austin.

Stayed for a business trip with coworkers during busy SXSW week at Gina's place. everything was really great incl. WiFi, easy check-in, room layout. The description matches very well with the home. Would return anytime.
