Cindy is an amazing host. Quick to respond. Very respectful. The area was beautiful. Lots of things to do in the area. House was as listed. It was a gated community so felt very safe. Not far from all the things in Hot Springs. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Cindy was an excellent host. The property was just as described with all the amenities from home. If I return to Hot Springs I would definitely return to this property!

My family of 5 adults and 1 infant enjoyed every bit of our stay at Cindy’s place. As soon as we walked in, it felt like home. The home was clean, had comfortable beds, a cozy atmosphere, and great views (especially from the master bedroom). Cindy was very responsive with communicating and checked in a few times just to make sure everything was going well. The kitchen was stocked better than any other house we have stayed in. She has MANY seasonings on hand, as well as, little common household items throughout the home (dish soap and pods, paper products, laundry soap, hand soap, extra pillows and blankets, and two box fans just to name a few). The home also comes with a waffle maker and Ninja blender. The outside deck had enough seating for the entire family to sit outside and enjoy our dinners. We also enjoyed the kayaks that were on hand. The cove was peaceful to go out and explore…even the geese and the ducks enjoyed the peacefulness. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a girls weekend (my mom & sisters) at Cindy’s place and it was perfect! It has been about 15 years since we have been to Hot Springs Village so it was great to be back and be at such a peaceful location. The home was clean, comfortable, & loaded with things to do. We all said we’d love to come back & that it would be a great place for families! The kitchen had all the amenities (including kid utensils for those with littles), tons of games, full travel size shampoo & conditioner, quality toilet paper (we all know the difference 😅), comfortable beds, & a great back porch to enjoy a cup of coffee on (that is closed in for small kids). Overall it was perfect & we would definitely stay again!

Cindy’s place was wonderful! It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We were there for a couples’ golf weekend and it was a great location for the courses we played. We also loved the back patio overlooking the lake! Fishing and kayaking were fun and a nice bonus!! And Cindy was always quick to respond to our questions! We hope to come back again!!
