Christian was great to work with. We booked another property of Christian’s that resulted in an unforeseen issue out of Christian’s control. Christian contacted us as soon as the issue arose and resolved by rebooking to Greenspring. The villa was very spacious, clean and in good shape. Greenspring vacation resort is located in a good location that is a short drive to majority of attractions in Williamsburg. The amenities at the resort were wonderful that included an indoor pool, outdoor pool, miniature golf, basketball, exercise room, tennis courts and pickle ball. I recommend the villa at Greenspring.

Christian was easy to work with and very responsive. Grounds are generally well kept. Entrance gate was easy - looked at your parking tag, so no long wait. Check-in was annoying - had to give them all my information again and then unrelenting attempt to get you to do a timeshare sales pitch the next day - this made a short line move really slowly. The complex charges a "resort fee" above all of the added ABNB fees. This should be disclosed. The apartment was as described (size & features) and was clean, but it is really worn out - lots of water stains in the bathroom and on the carpets & furniture. TVs are old, so you can't use your streaming services. Kitchen didn't have a wine opener or baking dish for the oven (had everything else we needed). Minimal bathroom supplies - ladies bring your own conditioner. Entry way to the building was a mess with spilled cereal for all three days we were there. There were no linens in the room for the foldout, but the "front desk" was very responsive and we had them within an hour. Only 4 Wifi accounts included - this is crazy for a 2 bedroom made for a family of 4-5 given most people have multiple devices. The pool was great - big, in good shape, lots of space to sit. The cabana (snacks & drinks) was closed (still Covid issue?). Location is ok. About 20 minutes from Busch Gardens, 20 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, 10 minutes from the closest restaurant and 15 minutes to get to a few more sit down choices. We made a last minute reservation and there were not many options, but even so, price seems high in retrospect given the above.
